Horizon Achievement Centre receives partial funding from the Department of Community Services. The remainder of the revenue required to maintain or improve Centre programs and services must be generated by the Society. One way to achieve this is through donations from community-minded citizens, businesses and organizations.

A donation in memory of a family member, friend or colleague who has passed away is a kind and thoughtful way to let others know you care. We will mail a personalized card on your behalf recognizing your gift. »

The Horizon Achievement Centre is celebrating its 25th Anniversary and plans for a new and improved building are underway. Your contribution will help expand the centre and improve upon its services offered to the community. »
